This policy explains how Curanostics Inc., doing business as Nightingale ("Nightingale," "we," "us"), collects and uses information through this website. It does not cover clinical trial data we process for customers, which is governed by our customer agreements and, where applicable, a business associate agreement (BAA).

Clinical trial and patient data
Nightingale processes clinical trial data only on behalf of our customers and under written agreements. For protected health information, we act as a business associate under HIPAA and handle data only under a signed BAA. We minimize identifiable information, and storage remains with the customer's systems of record. We do not sell patient data or use it for advertising.
How we share information
We share website information only with service providers that help us operate, such as scheduling, hosting, email and analytics providers, under contractual confidentiality obligations; when required by law; or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Details of our controls are available in our Trust Center.
Retention
We keep website inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
